Terms of service

These terms apply when you use didntask.ai, connect a mailbox, use Postage, publish a postage link, or pay postage as a sender.

1. The service

didntask.ai is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS]. It helps you hold unwanted outreach in a separate folder. You decide when protection starts, and you can undo each move. The service is a pilot. Classification can be wrong. Keep important senders on your always-allow list.

2. Your account and mailbox

• You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live.
• Connect only mailboxes you are allowed to manage. Your mail provider's terms also apply.
• Keep your sign-in details secret. Tell us at once about unauthorized use.
• You can disconnect or delete your account at any time in the app.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use didntask.ai to send spam, to harass anyone, to impersonate a person or organization, to collect money under false pretenses, or to break the law. Do not choose a link name or display name that misleads people about who you are. We can suspend accounts and links that break these terms.

5. Postage for recipients

• You choose each request, or you turn on automatic requests. Without automatic requests, didntask.ai saves a reply draft in your mailbox and you send it yourself; Zoho users copy the text. With automatic requests, didntask.ai sends one reply from your Gmail (other mailboxes: a draft) 10 minutes after a message lands in AI Slop, unless you cancel it. • You set one price from $10 to $500. The sender pays that price. didntask.ai keeps the platform fee shown in Postage before you turn it on. The fee includes card processing.
• In the pilot, your share is recorded as credit in your account. Cash payouts start only after a payout provider verifies your identity. [CREDIT TERMS: WHAT CREDIT CAN BUY AND WHEN IT EXPIRES.]
• You are responsible for any tax on amounts you receive.
• If you publish a postage link, letters arrive at your account email address. You can block a sender or turn the link off at any time.

6. Postage terms for senders

What you buy. Postage buys delivery. For a held message, we move your original message to the recipient's inbox, marked “Postage paid”. For a letter through a postage link, we deliver your letter to the recipient's email inbox, with your confirmed address as the reply address.

What you do not buy. A reply, a meeting, a read receipt, or any action by the recipient. You get no refund because nobody replied.

Payment. Stripe processes your card payment. The price is shown before you pay and does not change. [PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS. STATE WHETHER TAX IS INCLUDED.]

Refunds. If we cannot deliver, we refund the full amount automatically. If you pay twice for one message, we refund the second payment automatically. For any other problem, write to [support@didntask.ai] before you contact your bank.

Not a cold pitch. If you already know the recipient, or you write about an existing order or account, choose “This is not a cold pitch” on the request page. It is free.

Stop requests. You can stop all postage requests to your address on any request page.

Letters. Write only lawful content that you have the right to send. Do not send malware, phishing, threats or content about a person without a lawful reason. We do not review letters before delivery. We can refuse or refund any letter.

7. Liability

We provide the pilot with reasonable care but without a promise that it is free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including your statutory rights as a consumer. [LIABILITY CAP AND EXCLUSIONS FOR BUSINESS USERS.]

8. Law, disputes and contact
